Our Dynamic Earth
This trip proved more popular than ever before with demand outnumbering seats on the 3 coaches. We loved the new 'time machine' lift and the 4-D cinema...watch out for that scorpion!!

Amazonia -the return
Our final S1 visit of the session was boiling hot and great fun. Pupils had a great time exploring the displays but were glad to get out of the heat when the handling sessions started. We met a snake, a tarantula and a lizard.

S1 made the first visit of 2014 to Amazonia to complete their work on the Amazon Rainforest topic.

Dynamic Earth Dec 2012 & Jan 2013

To meet demand for our annual trip to 'Our Dynamic Earth' in Edinburgh that we ran 2 trips to make sure that everyone had a chance to visit this amazing Earth exhibit.

Pupils investigated 'The state of the Earth' before being taken back in time on the time machine to experience

the big bang, a journey through the formation of our universe, solar system and Planet Earth.

Hugging a glacier and experiencing the 4-D cinema before the amazing dome show about wild weather in our solar system were the clear favourites of the day.
